ESICON 2026 – Travel Grant Application Form (Indian Applicants Only)

The organising commitee is pleased to offer 300 travel grants for Esicon 2026, for registered participants under 3 categories

• 1. Abstract Presenters (Oral/Poster)
• 2. DM Endocrinology Trainees
• 3. Early Career Endocrinologists (<7 years post Endocrinology qualification)

Each grant covers Air/Rail travel and accommodation organized by ESICON 2026 team. The grant will not cover the ESICON 2026 registration fees.

Prior self-registration by participants for ESICON 2026 is mandatory to be eligible to apply for the travel grants.

Travel grants eligibility criteria

Applicants must meet all of the following requirements

• 1. Abstract presenter/Trainee/Early Career (<7 years post qualification)
• 2. Registration for ESICON 2026
• 3. Not funded by industry or any other financial support

Closing Date

The closing date for receipt of travel grants application is 30th April 2026.

Organising committee reserves the right to choose the eligible candidate for grant in each category.

All selected applicants will be informed by the organizing committee by email prior to 31st May 2026.
